Course Objectives
Learning Outcomes	The students who succeeded in this course; Describe alternative perspectives on the nature of environmental problems, including the Materials Balance Approach, New Resource Economics and Ecological Economics schools of thought. Apply normative criterion for evaluating policies for environmental management. Describe the different methods for evaluating environmental goods and services.
